Grading Tier (World Bulk Modern)

Hi, I am currently preparing 50 world notes for submission. However, there are some notes which I am unsure if they qualify for this grading tier. I am submitting a few newly released $20 commemorative notes from Singapore. These were just released to the public on 10 June 2019, so there is no Pick number. In addition, there are some notes with radar/repeater numbers. If I put them in a separate invoice, does it still qualify for Bulk Modern? Thanks.

P.S All notes are valued at below USD 300

Good afternoon.  Yes, you can submit them under Bulk Modern as long as you have a total of at least 50 notes and they are all valued under $300 so you should be fine here.  Under catalog number you can just put "unlisted."  If you have any other questions, please let us know.  Thank you!
