Bill With Pen Writing on it

First time poster.

I have a bill i would like graded and put in a holder to protect but it has a pen marking on the front saying 1500 would this issue make it that i couldnt get the bill graded?

Good afternoon.  Thanks for your message.  We would need to physically examine the note in person before we could make any determinations, however, it is definitely a good possibility that the final grade would be effected by something like writing on the note.  We should still be able to grade the note as long as it was not too extensive, however, again, it would all depend on what the graders find when they examine the note.  If you would like information on how to submit notes to us, please let me know.  Thank you!
