I saw a 1869 $5 legal tender rainbow note graded by pmg 65epq with the term watermark on the grade would you be able to explain what that means thanks

Thanks so much what does mean to the paper is it better or worse is it irrelevant and did they use such paper on a lot of 1869 legal tenders
