Would like to get my currency sleeves back

HI, I'm new to sending currency to be graded. I would like to get my sleeves back when my notes are shipped back. were or how do I state that on the forms Or do i have to send a note in the box?

I found the answer, " If you would like your sleeves returned please notate this on the invoice" Thanks IndianPenny
