Submission Pending Grading

I have a questions on my submission "PMG Invoice Number 8055799" which is pending grading. This is a bulk world submission but lines 3 & 4 where changed to reflect the country "US" and at $1 each which they are not.  Can you tell my why this happened?

Good morning.  When a note does not have a catalog number, we have to put in a generic catalog number which will show in the system as US.  This does not mean that we are listing this as a US note.  It is still in the grading room at this time.  If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department at 877-764-5570 or at service@pmgnotes.com.  Thank you!
