Disappeared Certificate Number in Database

Hi, I've this piece of notes that I previously obtained from an eBay seller, and usually before I purchased, I would verify the PMG certification in PMG site, and back then, this is a valid certificate in your database. The certificate number and corresponding grade is 8040226-024 with 68 EPQ.

However, lately, I just did a random check again, and noticed that this certificate number is no longer in your database. Could you please check what had happened?

Good afternoon.  The number you listed is not coming up in our system at all.  Can you double check that number?  Thank you!

Hi Jennifer, thank you for the pointer, I double checked again, and realized I made a typo error, the correct number is 8040266-024 with 68 EPQ, and I checked it against the database, and it is found.
