69 Does not have EPQ

I HAVE CAMEROUN BANKNOTE PICK#10 100 FRANCS (1962) ITS GRADED 69 BUT WITHOUT "EPQ" ON IT AND ITS WRITTEN "SEE COMMENTS " BUT UNFURTUNTLAY I DIDNT SEE ANY COMMENTS ON IT .
