Good afternoon. PMG does not offer a crossover service so we would have to grade the notes and there would be no guarantee that the grades would be the same as the grades given by PCGS.  You would submit the notes just as you would a raw note to be graded.  If you are already a member, you can complete a submission form as normal.  If you are not a member you can sign up for membership online here:  https://www.pmgnotes.com/join/  And you can also find our grading fees here:  https://www.pmgnotes.com/submit/services-fees/  Thank you!
