Fr.1900-C equates to 1963 $1 FRN Philadelphia District Fr.1900-C* equates to 1963 $1 FRN Philadelphia District Star note Fr.1900-Cm equates to 1963 $1 FRN Philadelphia District Mule Fr.1900-Cm* equates to 1963 $1 FRN Philadelphia District Mule Star note My question is what exactly is Fr.1900-Cs ? The small "s" in the FR# 1900-Cs would stand for "specimen." So it would be that particular variety but as a specimen note.
