Hi,

i wonder if PMG will give the notation for the Great Britain 1997 5 Pounds which commemorrate the return of hong kong sovereignty?

 

i couldn't locate any graded piece of this banknote, only raw.

thank you so much for helping, this is very confusing for a long time for me.
