I think its a T63.

It is not a bond. Neither is it a bond coupon. It is a piece of Confederate fractional currency.

Here's my T-72 (CR578) These are pretty neat considering they are almost 150 years old.

What you have is indeed a circulating confederate note. The lack of coinage finally forced the printing in 1863 then again in 1864. You could call all confederate notes bonds. A circulating bond. As was once written on the back of a $100 note at the end of the war by confederat Mjr. Jonas. "Issued today a promise to pay, and a hope to redeem on the 'morrow". Alas it was not to be.

Its so difficult to tell a real one from a fake

These are not a very high value note, so I would be surprised if there are many fakes out there.
