"LARGE" Size Varieties

pmg,

 

need some help in understand the Fr.#.

i have seen Fr.17, 17a, 17b, 17c....

 

- are these different Fr.#'s or are they "LARGE" Size Varieties?

 

from your PMG article on "Small" Size notes, i understand the seal difference,

mules, wide/narrow, etc... but is this the same for "Large" Size notes?

 

- is a Fr.17a/b/c a Variety, or is it a missed Fr.# between Fr.17 and Fr.18 ?
