from what i could find:

 

the French were defeated in 1954 at Dien Bien Phu. They signed the

Geneva Agreement, marking their last days in Indochina peninsula. this is one of

the French Indochina last issues.The highest value paper note in Indochina was

1000 piastre. The design was a sample and has never been issued.

Beautiful note! This apparently was an unissued note, but the design was used again later in Pick #98 and #109. There are currently 16 graded, including 2 in 69, 4 in 68, 3 in 67, and 4 in 66.
