Rickey Collection

Hello,

 

I have two notes that have "Rickey Collection" printed on the PMG holder.

Does anyone have any background information on this Rickey collection?

I have been thinking of having PMG re-holder them without that pedigree.

From what I could find, PCGS graded them, but mine are in PMG holders.

Check out DBR currency. That website has info on Dave Rickey's pedigreed notes.

Dave is a great guy and his collection is very extensive. From Small Size to Large Size, Dave has collected just about everything.

 

He still collects to this day.

 

As for the Pedigree, this is a personal choice. I personally do not care for them on my holders. But a lot of people do, since it shows some history of the note.

thanks, i think i'll leave the Pedigree on the notes for now

since i know more about Dave Rickey's pedigreed notes.

I have three Krause Pedigree notes and plan on leaving them be until I Pedigree my entire $5 set. Even then, might end up leaving the three alone since they're pictured in some prior editions.
