1866 Treasury Mourning Engraving of Lincoln's portrait the Treasury Department re-engraved the National Bank Note Co. die with ornate mourning frame elements surrounding the central oval vignette, issued to the public for the 57th anniversary of Lincoln's birth on February 12, 1866, in black on soft wove paper measuring 104x147mm, very fine and incredibly handsome.
