  1. In the PMG website, the price guide is only give for PMG60 and PMG20. for example, Singapore Orchid 1 dollar Without red seal. Signature Lim Kim San (1967), price guide: https://www.pmgnotes.com/priceguide/world-note-prices.aspx?deid=1788843&subcat=1967-1973 ND Issue&fromsearch=true. PMG60 is 30 USD, so what is the price guide for PMG40? and price guide for PMG40 EPQ?

I bought a PMG graded banknote (PMG 15), it is very dirty, if I take out the banknotes, using chemical to clean it, and resubmit to PMG for grading, would PMG reject to grade and give the note counterfeit because they already have the banknote number in the database/registry? it can't have two banknotes with the same number.
