    The Certified Collectibles Group® (CCG®) is closing its Sarasota, Florida, headquarters on Tuesday, August 29, at 3:00 p.m. EDT, in advance of Hurricane Idalia. During this time, Customer Service phone lines will be closed, starting at 2:30 p.m. EDT on August 29, and email responses will be delayed.

    Currently, we expect to reopen at 8:00 a.m. EDT on Thursday, August 31. For further updates, please visit NGCcoin.com, PMGnotes.com, CGCcomics.com, CGCcards.com or any of the CCG company websites.

    All collectibles are secured. The CCG companies are headquartered in modern buildings that are built to withstand hurricanes. The offices are located about 9 miles inland from the Gulf of Mexico (east of Interstate 75) and are not in a flood zone. The buildings also have large, secure vaults to protect collectibles that are monitored 24/7.

    I sent in two submissions, you received both submissions the same day (August 8th), both were under the "Economy" tier. You shipped one of the submissions (2093022) back to me on Oct 27, 2022, the other submission (2092926) is still listed under the status of "Received". I'm starting to think that this submission is lost and was wondering what I need to do to start a claim for a lost submission? Could someone physically check to make sure the submission is accounted for in your facility and not missing in action.

    You will not need to renew your membership. You will only need an up-to-date membership to create new submission forms. Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you for your question. I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Usually packages are received into the system within 1-2 weeks after delivery at our facility. Due to higher than normal amount of submissions being delivered to our office the opening time could be slightly delayed. Be sure to check your delivery by using the Confirm Package Delivery feature on your My Submissions page. Let us know if you have any other questions. Have a great day!

    I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Unfortunately I never received a notification regarding this post to see you responded. I have reached out to our grading team for an update as to why this note is not listed on the census information. Once I have more information I will let you know. Thank you for the patience. 

  8. Hello! Yes we would be able to grade this. PMG primarily uses the Friedberg catalog numbering system for US notes. If your note does not reflect any notes in this catalog, feel free to use the catalog number you can find and send us the information with your submission as to where this catalog number came from. Please note, there is a $5 research fee per catalog number applied when that information is not provided on the submission form.  Let us know if you have any other questions. 

  9. @Nate70 This will be find for shipping to our facility. It will come back in our sealed holder in a package marked as fragile to the appropriate size of the collectible with ample support and packaging as to not cause damage in shipping. All packages shipped are signature required unless you are shipping back through your own account. If this is the case you will need to fill out a Shipping Form and send that in with your package. You can request this form by sending us an email to service@pmgnotes.com. Let us know if you have any other questions.
