Instead or using the MS 60-70 grading codes, many of these uncirculated coins have been NGC graded as BU. Being new to this, would you explain to me what you mean by BU and why would NGC not grade thes uncirculated coins using the MS grading scale.

It would be purely a marketing arrangement between NGC and the submitter, nothing more or nothing less.
