Well, that's one...... I understand PMG has graded 100,000 or more notes. Since the grade is most likely correct, the only issue seems to be that PMG did not note the restoration. That could be a clerical error. So, that would mean that PMG is

 

100,000 for 100,000 Not a bad percentage..... In my opinion.
