My pack-rat advice: Unless you need the money, why not keep it? If, for example, you find out in 5 years that it's worth $500, you'll kick yourself for having spent it now.

Don't spend! If anything, I've been looking for a nicer old-style $50 for my collection as the one I have now is well circulated, so I would buy it. It's amazing how hard it is to find something that the BEP printed by the millions!
