kreider88-migration Posted December 17, 2006 Report Share Posted December 17, 2006 i found a 5 dollar note from 2001 with a blue seal and serial numbers. it has the strip in it and watermark so it shouldnt be fake. i was just woundering if any one would know anything about that? It appears that you have a note that has been chemically altered to change its seal color. While the note may be geniune, PMG does not grade notes that have been altered in this way.
