Help needed for two notes...

Any help in identifying either of these two notes as well as approximate value would be appreciated. A friend asked me to help find out about them. I'm a coin guy, and don't know the first thing about paper money, but was hoping somebody could point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance...Mike

CSA T-69 Not sure which PF. These are some what common with the Bright Red examples hard to find. Fricke lists Scudzy G-VG $6 to Bright Red Unc $75+

There is a rare G-C plate letter error.
