I have had a number of people look at it and most all agree that it is real. One person felt that someone had used a pencil eraser to remove the number and letter, is that even possible? Here Posted November 12, 2006 Report Share Posted November 12, 2006 I believe they are called slipped digits...something like that. There was an article in the BNR about a year ago about them. What are you going to do with it? ---I just took a gum eraser and starting rubbing on the last digit and letter. They aren't as dark green as they were before I started. So, I guess it is possible.
