Grading Old Russian Banknotes?

I have two Russian banknotes from around 1912. These are large sized notes, I think larger than US large currency. Does PMG grade these? If so, can I use a PMG free grading certificate to have one graded? Thank you!

As long as the notes have Pick number, PMG will grade the note. You may use your coupon to have one graded.
