Do you certify or encapsulate items other than money (like tickets?)

Hello!

I have some non-money items i would like certified.

I have a pair of tickets form a ball Kennedy was to attend in Austin Texas the day after his visit to Dallas. as you can guess he did not make it.

 

If you do not certify items like this, is their any one who will?
