EZ_E
I just heard that the new 2006 $20 bill was released with the 2004 date and they are trying to recall them all. Is this true? Are they creating an interest?

PandaMan-migration
There is a similar issue in Coin World with the $10. According to Coin World, issue of July, 24, 2006, there was confusion about date changes (the 2006 $10 has the date of 2004) and the confusion is from people thinking that paper dates change annually, a la coins. Paper dates only change when there is a major change, ie., new treasurer/secretaary or new design. These may be deriviants of the same issue.
