Will the minimum submission requirments still apply for a coupon for one free economy submission?

With the use of the coupon won in the Numismaquest you are allowed to submit your one free note.

I won one too, do I need another submitter number or can I use my NGC number (I am a paid Collectors Society member but for coins)?

Your Collector Society paid membership is good for PMG as well. You may use the same number that you would use for NGC, but you do have to use PMG submission forms.
