How do you Store Uncertified Currency ?

2 posts in this topic

I've been collecting coins for years but recently took an interest to currency. I'm sure this is a very basic question but are there holders or folders for storing paper money ? Although most of my coins are TPG, I thought I would start with circulating currency before graduating to graded items.

Yes, there are. Most collectors prefer archival Mylar holders. Check out Denly's of Boston, and Don C. Kelley.

A lot of collector's use Denly's holders and Don has the type with the extra lip that makes putting the note in a tad easier. I try not to use the SuperSafe holders as they are a bit tight and getting the note in and out is not as easy.
