Trading up

How does one go about trading up notes. I have some VF and EF silver certs and want to know where I can trade up (obviously eBay is no help)to some CU iot alteast some AU. And also what kind of trades are considered fair. I don't want to trade my whole lot for one CU but then again I have no clue about what's a good trade. Any help on this would be very much apreciated.

Actually, eBay can help, in a round about way! Sell your lower grade notes there and use your profits to upgrade by buying a higher grade note or two on eBay, or at a coin show, or somewhere else!

You might want to consider posting in the Marketplace section, there may be some folks willing to trade. As for what a fair trade would be, it's whatever the two parties agree on! Good luck!
