Chaser, WIth your 40+ years of collecting i commend you

 

Chaser its apparent you grew up in a different era of collecting. While there is nothing wrong with that, per se, times have changed. And have changed radically for that matter.

 

For a lot of these young whipersnappers the times when its a gem note "because the dealer said so" no longer apply. Notes today get placed under the closest of scrunity before making the grade. A scrutiny which was never seen in the heyday of your collecting years. A scrutiny known as ........... PMG or PCGS
