I do not collect paper money (no offense) and know really nothing about it. However in the past i have found 1 dollars star notes in change and the notes are in averaged condition. My question is, are these worth anything? Thanks!!!

While I've seen a lot of dealers sell them at a premium,I've yet to find one who will buy them at one.
