currency w/ no dates

I'm wondering the years of some currency I have. I can't find any date on them.

I believe them to be Brazillian, but not sure....The tops of them read, "Republica Dos Estados Unidos Do Brasil."

Yes, Brazillian currency. If you have the PIC number, or catalog number, I can give you a specific reason. Often, currency has no dates because of the unusual time frame for printing notes. Sometimes a country will print notes without surity of dates when printed. Even the US currency is printed with old dates,such as notes bearing 2000 when printed in 2002.
