 I think its merchant credit from around 1830, but should i get the whole uncut sheet graded and how should i send it?

I have it in a hard plastic sleeve ,should i send it in this way and how  does it come back so the postal carrier doesnt try to stuff it in the mailbox

@Nate70 This will be find for shipping to our facility. It will come back in our sealed holder in a package marked as fragile to the appropriate size of the collectible with ample support and packaging as to not cause damage in shipping. All packages shipped are signature required unless you are shipping back through your own account. If this is the case you will need to fill out a Shipping Form and send that in with your package.
