Yes I have gotten a $1 US note that is blue instead of the normal colors of green and dirty white can anyone tell me if you have ever seen one like this

here is link to see it better all other pictures and yes it has been placed on ebay for sell but need help has anyone ever seen before it does have the synthetic fibers
