Light Green Seal?

Aloha all,

New guy here to collecting and to the boards. I just have a quick question in regards to light green seals. Is it really that much more beneficial/coveted to look for bills with such markings? I’ve noticed that there’s a significant difference in price between notes with the light green as opposed to those with the more common dark green. Just curious what collectors’ personal opinions on this are. Mahalo!
