Per the PMG information regarding holders and labels, 16-note uncut sheets are too large to be encapsulated. Consequently the certified grade cannot be guaranteed by PMG once it leaves their facilities. Based on that, I'd say that PMG does not and will not grade 16-note uncut sheets.
