Dear: Admin

I am looking at the PMG grading scale 69 and 70 mentioned about registration and margins, how do measure them? Also the pinholes effect the grading of the banknotes eg 2 small pinholes, or 4 small pinholes. Looking forwward to hear from the admin. Thank you.
