1928 $1 Silver Certificate with almost solid serial number

2 posts in this topic

I have a 1928 $1Silver Certificate that has an almost solid serial number on it. It appears to be in flawless condition. The serial number is F17777777A. I'm new to currency collecting and have never had anything graded before. I'm wondering what kind of value this serial number would add to the note.  Is it worth putting the money into it to have it graded? What would somebody pay for this?
