U.S Rare multiple Error Dollar , is the District Ink smear Genuine ?

Does anybody know about U.S dollar Error bills ? I have got this very rare one dollar bill with the Fold Over error and the serial and most of the treasury seal on the back along with cutting error and extra paper, that seems totally genuine. Anybody knows anything about it ?

I have seen the note you are speaking about on a different forum, and I recommend you also post a photo here to get opinions.

 

As I said at the other forum, I believe the fold-over error is genuine, and the smear of the District Seal is post-BEP..

 

Hopefully, you will have an open mind to opinions other than your own.
