Anyone familiar with old Vietnamese money?

I recently acquired a set of late 1950s notes. One, toe and five Dongs that appear to have never been put into circulation.

I found similar bills on eBay, except mine have a white rectangle attached with text on it. It starts off- hay coi chung mot choc acai tien te nua.

I couldn't find any bills with these on it. If you cut them off, you have a typical Bill.

I know nothing about these currencies. Any help would be appreciated.

They came from the estate of a Soldier who evidently was posted to Siagon in 1962, based on letters included in the box.

Any help would be appreciated.
