1935E Silver Certificate with Unknown Signaure

Recently we came across this note while sorting small size silver certificates. We cant seem to decipher signature. Perhaps one of you is better at reading signatures. This one does look important, and im almost certain iv seen it on other bank notes before. Iv included a link to some detailed scans. Any help is appreciated!
