2009 L $2 star note

I am aware that it shows the BEP printed 128,000 series 2009 $2 San Francisco star notes back in April 2012, but I do not believe any were released into circulation. None show up in the population report, and I have yet to see any anywhere. I have yet to see any of the series 2013 $2 San Francisco $2 star notes either. I only see Atlanta for sale and auction.

Steve...Thank you for your most courteous response! It seems to me that none of the 2009 L star notes were released, but that is precisely the information that I seek. Neither I nor my buyer/seller in New Jersey can find any of those star notes. Again, thank you for your information.
