Reposted with pic. Found it in the change from a $2.50 purchase (paid with a 20) at a grocery store. I know for myself, its the lowest serial number I have ever found or come across. Plus it has some good repeaters all over it. The district is 11 and printed inside $1 in all 4 corners. Plus, the printing plate s/n is 222. Not sure if those numbers count for number hunters or not, but it makes it a little more interesting in my opinion. 8cfe4808-7a84-41aa-87e1-c79a00177350_zpswldtivdf.jpg

Notes similar to yours, (low serial and circulated) typically sell on eBay from $3.00 to $25.00 depending on how low is the serial number and condition. I collect serial #12, and finding stars is a challenge.
