I am coin collector but I do look for these in my bills. Wall Street Journal article on fancy serial numbers.

 

So far I have found only one true binary and a few non-true (only two numbers but not "1"s and "0"s. Have found a few Radars. I am still searching for a ladder and super low or high numbers (two digits or one).
