I would like to know some information about this banknote I have. I've looked all over the web and have only found 1 post showing the prefix series number "D/1". Is this note rare because of the "D/1"? If so why? Thank you in advance for your help!

You could try PCGS currency forums, a lot of information over there. With a world note you have to have the books for value and interest. Plus where would be the collectors for this?

It is a Pick 22a. They all seem to have the D/nn serial - even Pick 22b and c have D/ with higher denoms.
