reason i am asking is because i just submitt this to pcgs and after 2 2/1 month they have graded this note as fine /exfine 35. there are no tears,folds,stanes,feels nice and crisp

 

what you some of you grade this note at. would it be worth while to resubmitt it to pmg for regrading.

I would say that's conservatively graded, but PMG has done similar things, I have a 1907 $5 LT that looks about the same as yours from the photos also graded 35. There might just be something we are missing from the photos.

I recognize that note.

 

There are a couple of soft folds in the note, but is anything but a VF35. When I saw it in person, I graded it an XF45. It is at least a 40, and IMO worth having PMG re-grading.
