Confederate 1864 T-72 Question

Hello Enthusiasts,

 

I have been on a journey, albeit a slow one, for the last twenty years to acquire the 1864 series of confederate notes. In that pursuit I happened upon this nice AU example of the T-72 or 1864 50 Cent note. I feel that it is genuine and its serial number is not a known counterfeit. My question pertains to the circled items in the photo. There are some white marks where it looks like the paper has been rubbed perhaps, and a weird print mark of dots near the right signature. Is this unusual and or suspicious? I am not sure if the paper it is printed on is white and then printing gives it the pinkish hue. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. That is what I figured it to be. I contacted Pierre Fricke who also confirmed the same as well, a common paper flaw.

It's authentic with flaws already stated. I see CS notes all the time in this town at antique shops.
