Can anyone verify genuine from these small photos?

A lifelong friend of mine found these while gutting a house. I haven't been over to see him lately so I have not had my hands on them to get a closer look or get better photos. Any opinion from those that deal with Paper Currency would be appreciated.

That was my first thought as well. Back when I was a kid we would go to Stone Mtn here in Ga. and they would sell those repos that looked just like that.

 

It was the signatures that had me curious though. They looked different from what I remembered the repos looking like but it has been years.
