A wheel barrel of these might have got you a slice of stale bread -- if you were lucky.

Near the height of hyperinflation November 15, 1923 100 Billion Mark would buy 2 glasses of beer so it took 50 BILLION of these 2 Mark notes just for 2 glasses of beer!
