I call these a mini-twenty STAR NOTE.

 

I got this pair of note from a Bep pack of notes. They looked "different" !! Further investigation revealed the following... The notes were smaller in width than a normal note with the front of the note printed high and the back of the note more centered. when I figure out how to get two scans on the page, will show the back of the notes with a regular sized twenty dollar note for comparison...
